August 2020 Feature Release Update

Shifts & Schedules • Shift & Schedule tabs have been modified to Edit Mode as the default view. We’ve made things easy ‒ Edit Mode allows editing with a single tap.
• Slider mode is still an optional view. You can switch between Slider and Edit Mode view while creating and editing shifts and schedules.
Clocks • Add/Delete Fingerprint Button added to Employee Data tab. This new feature allows users to view fingerprint count, manage, add, and delete fingerprints. Policies • Lunch Policy: Paid lunch hours can be included or excluded in the overtime calculation.
• Holiday Policy: List of holiday dates are now independent for each policy. This new feature allows users to create multiple holiday policies with different dates.
Reports • Pay Category Hours report has been enhanced to calculate and reflect paid lunch hours. Accounting CS • New enhancement allows ACS users to separate payroll items for Accruable Benefits. This new feature allows benefit hours to appear under their own line item in ACS.
• Duplicate ACS employee alerts can now be hidden in Preferences.
